April Hamilton’s touch as Kindle Nation’s new general manager has been felt in numerous ways, but one of them is that she recently overhauled and spruced up our Kindle Nation Sponsorship Info Page for Authors and Publishers. We hope you’ll check it out soon and find it easier to use.
In addition to sign-up info and our best (manually updated) estimates on availability, it also includes links to our public spreadsheets with results for all our sponsorships back to December 1, 2010.
We’ve also recently added a new Ruby package that allows sponsors to save a few bucks on the combo of a daily Free Book Alert sponsorship and our eBook of the Day sponsorship.
Finally, I wanted to mention a new feature that we’ll launch in the next few days as a totally free opportunity for Kindle authors to spread the word about highly-rated books that they have listed for 99 cents in the Kindle Store. Beginning Friday, April 8, watch for our daily post called Bargain Books on Kindle, and use the “Comments” area to add your bargain books to the list!
